Where's all the heat going to go? There's no air or water to vent it into, only rock, and rock must not be a great heat sink or else they wouldn't be using air/water cooling in data centers right now.

There's also no atmosphere protecting it from cosmic rays and solar wind and whatnot, it has no magnetosphere either, and it's covered by Earth's magnetosphere only 25% of the time, so uh, good luck with the whole protecting-from-hazards thing.
